Have you ever wondered how the supermarket next to your university always has more mini-pizzas and cola in stock than others? How did they manage to order extra ice-cream in time for the first hot day of summer? Our RELEX team works on understanding and implementing these types of demand planning patterns into the RELEX modules of our customers, mainly in the (food) retail and wholesale sector. We think it is important that our customers notice our involvement in the business and that we feel responsible for ensuring that the system generates the best order proposals for all their products and locations. Therefore, we maintain short lines of communication, by regularly working on location at the customer.
Every day is different and you learn to switch automatically between projects, activities and various supply chain topics. By regularly sharing knowledge with each other, we are well aware of what is going on at RELEX and our customers and we can proactively help each other to get even more out of the RELEX system.
