A typical day with us:

As a Project Manager, your mission is to deliver customer satisfaction by guiding the team through the entire lifecycle – from sales handover to go-live and project closure. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with both customers and colleagues, taking charge of project planning, quality and budget control, reporting, scope management, relationship-building, problem resolution, and establishing strong client relationships. Additionally, you will facilitate steering committee meetings, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and connectivity with all stakeholders.

Working independently within the team, you will be responsible for successfully delivering projects of varying sizes and natures across different solutions, dealing with international project environments. Your day-to-day activities will involve continuous improvement and setting new processes and standards within our organisation.

You will have the opportunity to organize your working day yourself and be in contact with a wide range of industries. No two customers are the same – nor are the solutions we can deliver for them.

Desired background:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management for consultancy services, ERP, and/or supply chain applications.
  • Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effective communication across different layers of customer organizations, including management.
  • Result-driven attitude and a proactive, can-do approach.
  • Additional experience in management consulting, supply chain development, software configuration, or implementation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English; German and/or Spanish language skills are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of data integration with ERP systems is a plus.
